DUBAIMeraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a main construction contract worth more than Dh590 million for the next phase of City Walk Crestlane in Dubai.

Parkway International Contracting (L.L.C.) has been appointed to deliver 394 apartments across four residential buildings as part of Phase 3. Construction is already under way, with completion expected in the third quarter of 2028.

Khalid Al Malik, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said the continued expansion of Crestlane reflects sustained demand for design-led urban living in central Dubai. He said the latest contract marks the next stage of delivery at City Walk, combining high-quality homes with a walkable urban setting.

Tarek Zoabi, Managing Partner at Parkway International Contracting, said the company was pleased to strengthen its partnership with Meraas through the latest phase. He said its teams would focus on safety, quality and programme management throughout construction while applying technical expertise to the development.

Designed as an extension of City Walk’s walkable environment, Crestlane will combine contemporary residences with landscaped open spaces and distinctive water features. Residents across the wider community will have access to swimming pools, sports facilities, a fitness centre, a floating clubhouse and an outdoor cinema.

The development is located in central Dubai, with access to Downtown Dubai, DIFC, Jumeirah Beach, Sheikh Zayed Road and Dubai International Airport. It will also connect residents to City Walk’s established retail, dining, leisure and public spaces.
